Casa della Misericordia

Pilgrim accommodation in Assisi, in the heart of San Francisco

Welcome

Welcome to the Casa della Misericordia , a religious house in Assisi located in the heart of the historic center, just a few minutes from the Basilica of San Francisco and Santa Clara.

This is a unique place where staying in Assisi is not just about sleeping, but about experiencing hospitality, spirituality and inner discovery , in the same environment where Saint Francis was born and lived.

Our house is part of Franciscan history, preserving a medieval chapel linked to the Bernardone family , the family of Saint Francis himself.

Here, every pilgrim finds silence, beauty, and companionship.
